Tickets available online (online sales end at midnight Feb 23) and at the gate - Under 18s are FREE!
Under 18's are FREE, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Family-friendly day with FREE children's activities and room to run around.
TOKEN FREE event: All purchases onsite are via Eftpos or Cash. There will be Eftpos and CASH-OUT facilities at the Event Desk and most vendors have Eftpos facilities.
FREE PARKING ON-SITE. Plan ahead and have a designated driver, or get dropped off, catch a taxi or jump on board one of our shuttle buses from Euroa (bookings and payment required). Public parking and bus drop-zone is all on the "oval-side" of the creek / pedestrian bridge. Disabled Parking Access available - please head to the site and our gatekeeper will show you where to park.
There is FREE TOWN CAMPING at the Longwood Recreation Reserve - run by the Longwood Rec Reserve & Longwood Action Group - please make a donation in one of their donation tins around town.
FULLY LICENSED EVENT - No BYO Alcohol. We have Beer, Wine, Cider and spirit vendors, plus a great range of food and non-alcoholic drinks for sale - please support our vendors by purchasing food at the event. More than welcome to bring nibbles for your group or snacks for the kids. FREE WATER PROVIDED.
OUTDOOR EVENT IN SUMMER. We are expecting hot conditions and ask patrons to be sun smart and keep hydrated with the free water stations. There is some natural shade under the trees and we will have plenty of umbrellas and marquees setup to help with the sun.
Please be mosquito smart - cover up, wear repellent.
There will be some tables and seating set up, but you are more than welcome to BRING ALONG A PICNIC RUG OR CHAIR. There will be plenty of open space to enjoy the day.
DISABLED ACCESS
There is designated disabled parking close to the entry of the festival site and a portable disabled toilet on-site. This is an outdoor event in a natural environment, therefore there are no formed paths – surfaces will be mainly grassed and can be uneven. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or require additional information.
NO DOGS/PETS will be allowed.
Registered Assistance Dogs always welcome in all areas - but please leave your pets at home where it is cool and safe. The festival site can become hot and crowded and there are young children running around. We want everyone to be safe and have a great time.
Designated smoking/vaping areas will be available – NO SMOKING OR VAPING AROUND FOOD SITES/EATING AREAS/BEER GARDEN/CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES - otherwise you will be asked to move.
