The festival is being held outside during the end of summer. We are expecting hot conditions and ask patrons to be sun smart and keep hydrated with the free water stations. There is some natural shade under the trees and we will have plenty of umbrellas and marquees setup to help with the sun. There will be some tables and seating set up, but you are more than welcome to bring along a picnic rug or chair. There will be plenty of open space to enjoy the day.
Disabled Access - There will be designated disabled parking close to the entry of the festival site and disabled toilets on-site. This is an outdoor event in a natural environment, therefore there are no formed paths – surfaces will be mainly grassed. We are lucky to have wide open spaces for anyone needing a quieter area during the day. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns or require additional information. COMPANION CARDS will be accepted on presentation at the gate.
Due to the nature of the event, no pets (including dogs) will be allowed. Guide Dogs/Assistance dogs are always welcome in all areas. Plus Brew dogs more than welcome!
Designated smoking areas will be available – no smoking around food sites, eating/beer garden area and children's activities please.
